1) Adopting standard 35mm DIN rail installation method, industrial grade LED display, and panel buttons can be programmed on site.
2) The input signal can be selected through an internal dip switch, and 4-20mA/0-10mA/0-5V/1-5V signal input can be selected.
3) According to different application combinations of thyristors, the instrument can be applied to the following four types of thyristor combinations:
1. Two unidirectional thyristors are connected in anti parallel;
2. Single bidirectional thyristor;
3. A unidirectional thyristor is connected in reverse parallel with a rectifier diode;
4. 2 (or 3) bridge type semi controlled rectifier composed of unidirectional thyristors and rectifying diodes.
4) To prevent the phase shift output from changing too quickly, an output change delay is set, which can be adjusted by 5-90%.
5) Equipped with an alarm status indicator, the current operating status of the load can be analyzed through the status indicator light. The status indicator lights include running, reaching limit, slight overload, overload, balance, and phase loss.
6) With current limiting function, the load can be controlled by external potentiometer input current limiting or internal current limiting method.
7) Can measure the current limiting values of A/B/C three-phase.
8) Equipped with phase-shift output lower limit protection function, the minimum phase-shift time can be set, and the range can be adjusted from 0.1ms to 2ms.
9) Equipped with phase-shift output hysteresis function, it can be used in fields where the phase-shift angle is not within the range of 0-180 ℃, and the output hysteresis time can be adjusted from 0.1ms to 3ms.
10) Can be used in conjunction with various temperature controllers, suitable for temperature control in industries such as electric furnaces, kilns, and industrial furnaces.
